Only need this tool? Request it on its own. Secure account access and payment remain unavailable until the owner completes the account, database and Paddle launch checks.

Tired of this?

Quotes wait without a clear next action and accepted work can be booked twice.

Here is the fix

Follow up with consent, record accept or decline, and reserve one available time.

Plain answer

What does Quote Follow-up and Booking do?

Quote follow-up and booking software records the exact quote a customer received, sends only an approved follow-up sequence, stops when the outcome changes and confirms a booking only after the time is checked again. Every message and decision stays in one history.

Who this is for

Common ways Quote Follow-up supports the work.

Built for local service businesses. These examples describe the ordinary workflow, not a promise of an unavailable integration.

  • Keep each sent quote version and customer decision together.
  • Stop follow-up when a quote is accepted, declined or no longer valid.
  • Check availability again before confirming a service booking.
  • Move one customer record from enquiry to quote and booked work.

Core product workflow

The normal job, from first record to a checked outcome.

The product keeps the familiar buyer workflow. Each step uses plain status words and keeps the source record available for review.

  1. 01

    Capture the request

Keep the customer, service address, requested work, contact permission and owner together.

  2. 02

    Send one stable quote version

The customer page, amount, line items, terms and decision link all use the same fixed version.

  3. 03

    Run an approved follow-up

Preview recipient, wording, timing, quiet hours, maximum sends and stop rules before turning it on.

  4. 04

    Accept, decline and book

Record the customer's decision, hold an available time briefly and check it again before the booking is confirmed.

Included product work

The records and actions needed for this job.

The subscription stays focused on this named business workflow. Related tools remain optional choices.

  • Customer requests and contact history
  • Versioned quote lines, totals and terms
  • Signed accept or decline page
  • Draft-first follow-up sequences
  • Internal availability and short slot holds
  • Booking confirmation and ICS calendar download

What works more clearly

The familiar product workflow, with clearer control where work can go wrong.

These safeguards keep important actions traceable, understandable and under the right person's control.

Messages never start invisibly

A follow-up remains off until an authorized person previews the recipient, wording, timing, quiet hours and stop rules.

One quote version everywhere

The editor, customer decision and later booking refer to the same fixed quote version; a material revision creates a new version.

A selected time is checked twice

A short hold protects the choice, then confirmation checks availability again so two customers cannot take the final slot.

Clear product boundary

Know what this tool does—and what it does not do.

Limits are stated before payment so the product is not mistaken for a broader accounting, compliance or field-service system.

  • 01

The first customer quote experience is a hosted SystemLineage page; cross-domain iframe embedding is not required.

  • 02

Message delivery and read states are shown only when the configured provider supplies them.

  • 03

A booking requires complete approved intake and internal availability; an override needs permission and a reason.

  • 04

The tool does not invent pricing rules, service areas, staff skills or available time.

Data and access

Keep this work in the right workspace.

Protected records require a signed-in account, the correct workspace and the required module permission. Public samples use invented information. Cancellation, a late payment or trial expiry must not silently delete business records.

Extend this workflow

These related tools can reuse the customers, jobs, stock or assets already connected to this workflow. Review each product before adding it to your workspace.

Invoice Follow-up

Send a polite, recorded reminder only when the invoice is confirmed and still due.

Unpaid invoices are chased manually and customers on hold can receive the wrong reminder.

Automatic KPI Reports

See the source and freshness for every KPI and keep a reproducible weekly or monthly report.

A dashboard can look current even when a source has failed or a metric definition changed.

Sales Follow-up

A one-person workspace starts at $46/month or $327 for the full year. Larger team limits go up to $139/month. Choose the package only when its related workflows save you duplicate entry.

Questions answered plainly

Before requesting Quote Follow-up.

When does quote follow-up stop?

It stops when the quote is accepted, declined, expired, paused, unsubscribed or reaches the approved maximum number of messages.

Can two customers book the same time?

The selected time receives a short hold and availability is checked again during confirmation. Only one booking can take the last valid slot.

Can a quote change after the customer accepts it?

The accepted version stays fixed and auditable. A material change creates a new version and requires a new decision.

Does the product include a public quote page?

Yes. The customer can review the hosted quote and accept or decline through a signed link. Cross-domain iframe embedding is outside the first supported workflow.

How much does Quote Follow-up and Booking cost?

Quote Follow-up and Booking can be requested on its own, but its single-tool renewal price is not published until the owner approves the exact catalog. It is also included in Sales Follow-up. That package starts at $46 per month or $327 for the full year for one person; larger workspace limits go up to $139 per month.
