Browsing, free tools, product workspaces, service requests, payments, and downloads use different information for different purposes. This page explains the practical boundaries.

Free tools

Calculator and generator inputs are processed in your browser unless a tool clearly says otherwise. No account is required.

Product workspaces

Items, locations, KPI definitions, estimates, history, and exports stay with the correct business workspace. Only people with permission can view or change them.

Service requests

We ask for the problem, desired result, tools involved, urgency, and limits. If access is needed, we record why it is needed, what is allowed, and when it should end. We do not ask you to paste passwords into a request.

Payments and delivery

Order and payment details are used to give the correct customer the correct subscription or workbook download, and to handle cancellations or refunds.

Cancellation and closure

Access is reduced or removed on the agreed date. Export and retention rules remain visible; business records are not silently deleted because of a payment problem.

Your choices

The contact route for privacy requests will be published before paid service begins. Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, export, or deletion.
