Is this separate from inventory management?
It tracks individual reusable tools and who has them. Your Inventory workspace tracks stock quantities and movements. Tool Tracking uses that existing account and custody foundation.
Does every custodian need a paid login?
No. A custodian record identifies who is responsible for a tool. Someone who signs in to record their own work needs a team account and the access included in the eventual plan.
Will my records be saved when I leave?
The signed-in workspace stores records for your business. The public interactive demo is sample data and does not save your business work. Retention and access follow the published account terms.
